In 1986 Karen Fordyce’s  father began supplementing his income with a sign business in Little Rock, Arkansas.  The extra income helped send his children to college.  During the early years of the business, Karen’s father employed her and her to be husband, William, in the fabrication and installation of signs.  Karen ended up at the University of Texas at Austin graduating with a degree in Electrical Engineering.  After years in the semiconductor industry, Karen decided to venture back into the sign business and start her own company here in Austin.  Karen and William have lived in Austin since 1991.
